Slovakia Today, English Language Current Affairs Programme from Slovak Radio

Earlier this week we commemorated the Day of the Victims of the Holocaust and of racial violence, therefore on the show today we will speak about the ways in which the Holocaust is remembered in Slovakia. Michal Buček is a Slovak triathlete, who has been awarded the European Fair Play Award for saving the life of his competitor. We shall also continue in the series of stories of Slovak Americans, who travel to Slovakia to strenghten their family and friendship ties.
