In this show, we will delve into sports, but we will not mention any matches, teams or results, we will talk about how can sport help improve our mental health – an issue that has been reflected upon often in the recent post-pandemic times. This was one of the ideas behind the European Team Cup in Bratislava. Sport is also an important part of the Duke of Edinburgh Award, a programme that helps young people grow and take part in volunteering. Part of it is the Stand by Me project that helps with the integration of Ukrainian children who found their temporary home in Slovakia. What is Martin Kojda’s experience?
