According to last year's Deloitte property index, Slovakia has the most expensive real estate, relative to income, in Europe. It takes the average Slovak 14 annual incomes to afford a 70 square meter dwelling. To find out how Slovaks view their housing situation, we spoke with three citizens from the Trencin region.
